<p>PURPOSE:To enable accurate detection of a mass flow rate with quick responsiveness without being affected by an ambient temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a mass flowsensor, a constant current is given from a constant current source to a heating resistor R1 wound round on a pipe. A voltage V1 generated in the heating resistor R1 is led to a comparator 4. Besides, a signal obtained by dividing a voltage V2 generated in a heating resistor R2, by a voltage V2 corresponding a current I2 flowing through the heating resistor R2, and by multiplying the result of the division by a proportional constant alphais led to the comparator. The comparator controls the current I, so that these inputs be equal. In other words, the comparator controls I2 so that R1 and R2 be equal.</p> |
