PURPOSE:To prevent ply separation and corrosion by a method wherein a fiber- compound eaves gutter is formed by applying vinyl chloride resin lamination to the interior and the exterior of a gutter-shaped core material made of rein forced fibers covered with crosslinking vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:A great number of continuous reinforced fibers are made to pass through a fluidized bed made of powdered vinyl chloride resin containing crosslinkable components. After the powdered vinyl chloride resin is stuck to each of the reinforced fibers, the said fibers are formed into a prepeg sheet by heating and pressurizing the same with a pair of heating-pressurizing rollers. Then the said prepeg sheet is heated with shaping machine at approximately 80 deg.C and is formed into a gutter shape, and thereby a gutter-shaped core material 2 is made up. Then an eaves gutter is formed by applying vinyl chloride resin lamination 3 to the interior and the exterior of the said gutter-shaped core material 2. Thereby a durable eaves gutter which is less liable to expand and shrink by heat and is excellent in heat resistivity and rigidity can be formed. |
