The gripper picks up nonmetal, plastics, rubber, wood or iron parts from random in a container, singly or in small amounts. Couplings suction or adhesive are held by a spherical bellows which fits snugly onto the shape and position of the part and thus completes the connection for lifting or setting down. The suction heads are fitted on tentacles off the bellows for easier positioning.
