METHOD OF EXAMINING ALL FUNCTIONS THEMSELVES AND DISPLAYING IN TURN

The method is intended for a system which can display its functions on a screen using a microcomputer (1). First, there is a sequential display of the equipment menus after pressing the demonstration key and then a display of a selected sequece of picture, sound and sound multiplex modes with a subroutine for a selected function. Then a channel is selected from those available by using automatic fine tuning pulses and controlling the loudness and then various functions are carried out. Each function can be displayed automatically and each mode disgnosed by pressing a single demonstration key.
