<p>Process for the preparation of esters of carboxylic acids having the formula: <CHEM> wherein X = H, -CH2COOR; Y, Z = H, OH or together form a bond and when X =CH2COOR, Y = OH and Z = H; R, R1, R2 = H, A wherein A = monoalkyl (C6-C16) glucose or poly (2-6) glucose ether, at least one among R, R1 and R2 is = A; by means of esterification of the corresponding acid or anhydride with an alkylpolyglucoside A in the presence of a fatty alcohol (C6 - C16).</p> |
