PURPOSE:To improve the articulated form of an oscillating plate and a connecting rod so as to increase the strength and improve the reliability of a compressor. CONSTITUTION:Articulation to a connecting rod 40 is divided by a recessed spherical zone surface 24 which is formed in a circular hole bored in an oscillating plate 20 and grips a spherical coupling 41 of a connecting rod 40 in the tracting direction and a recessed spherical notch 51 which is formed in a shoe 50 and supports the spherical coupling 41 in the pressing direction, so that a flange portion 22 itself of the oscillating plate 20 having an enough thickness can keep high strength against the tensile force of a piston and the sliding frictional resistance value of the spherical coupling can be always kept within a stable range without the external pressure.
