PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent insulation property even at high temperatures by providing an insulative ceramics fiber layer, into which an insulator made ceramics by heating is impregnated, on outside an electric conductor. CONSTITUTION:An insulation nature ceramics fiber layer 2, in which an insulator formed with metal alkoxide, etc., and made to ceramics by heating is impregnated into a ceramics fiber, is formed on the outside of an electric conductor 1 such as copper or a copper alloy. An alumina ceramics fiber, silica ceramics fiber, silicon carbide ceramics fiber, and glass fiber etc. can be used as the material of the layer 2 ceramics fiber. This can improve an insulation property at high temperatures without detracting flexibility. |
