PURPOSE: To provide an overhead lining for vehicular inside roof linings of passenger cars and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: An overhead lining for vehicular inside roof linings of passenger cars is described, which is called as a selft-supporting, integral shaped bowl. This is manufactured by compression under the hot pressurization of a refuse nonwoven fabric mat which is manufactured out of a mixture between a partial drawing polyester filter ranging from at least 30% to maximum 90% and an amount of polyester high bulky fiber parts to be supplemented up to 100%. Weight per unit area of the shaped bowl is within the range of 600 to 1,20 g/m<2> , and thickness is within the range of 1 to 10 mm, therefore it is featured that the shaped bowl will not additionally use any cement and lined at its one visible surface. Wall thickness of the shape bowl is varied as traversing the surface, and density in the shaped bowl is higher than other sections at the mounting element part. |
