Polyester blockcopolymer comprises 35-95 wt.% of polyester as a crystal component and 5-65 wt.% of polybutadiene or butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer as a rubber component. The obtd. polyester blockcopolymer has the repeating units of formula (I) and (II), has molecular weight of 15,000-90,000, and has excellent flexibility and impact resistance. In the formulas, R is ester formable dicarboxylic acid or lower alkylester cpd. selected from terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, adipic acid, etc; D is ester formable glycol component selected from ethylene glycol, 1,4-butane diol, 1,2- or 1,3-propane diol, 1,6-hexane diol.
