PURPOSE:To provide a device whereby a battery can be charged without changing a conduction part even when battery size is changed by fully automating a series of processes for storing many batteries in a pallet charged and then taken out. CONSTITUTION:In a device providing a pallet 4 and many charging units 4 in a multi-rack, the above-mentioned pallet 4 has a recessed part for right vertically placing a plurality of batteries 1 stored in the upper surface, and the above-mentioned charging unit 14 has an electrode plate 8, lift device 13 and a receiving table 9. The before-mentioned pallet 4 of storing the battery 1 is placed on the before-mentioned receiving table 9, relocated on a lift table 12 and moved upward, and the battery 1 is brought into contact with pins 5, 6 and charged. |
