DIELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the warping and cracking of a substrate made of dielectric porcelain based on glass powder having a cordierite type compsn. at the time of simultaneously firing the substrate and a metal conductor by regulating the shrinking behavior of the dielectric porcelain under firing and the shrinkage so that these are made close to the shrinking behavior of the metal conductor under firing and the shrinkage. CONSTITUTION:Glass powder having a cordierite type compsn. is mixed with 5-15wt.% glass powder having a ZnO-SiO2-B2O3 compsn. and this mixture is fired to obtain a desired dielectric porcelain compsn.
