PURPOSE:To provide a method for controlling a temperature within a storage chamber in which a less influence of outside air temperature is applied. CONSTITUTION:A low temperature storage device is provided with an ice chamber 10 and a food storage chamber 12. The ice chamber 10 and the food storage chamber 12 are connected by a removable heat exchanger 14. The heat exchanger 14 has the first heat exchanging pipe 14a disposed at an upper part of the food storage chamber 12 from a lower part of the ice chamber 10, and the second heat exchanging pipe 14b disposed at the lower part of the food storage chamber 12 from the upper part of the ice chamber 10. Each of the exchanging pipes 14a and 14b is of a perforated pipe. In the case that a temperature at the upper part within the food storage chamber 12 is higher than 4 deg.C, air is circulated from the lower part of the ice chamber 10 through the upper part of the storage chamber 12, the lower part of the storage chamber 12, the upper part of the ice chamber 10 and the lower part of the ice chamber 10. In turn, in the case that a temperature at the lower part in the food storage chamber 12 is lower than 0 deg.C, the air is circulated through the upper part of the storage chamber 12, the lower part of the ice chamber 10, the upper part of the ice chamber 10, the lower part of the storage chamber 12 and the upper part of the storage chamber 12. |
