PURPOSE: To enable high-precision inspection at a very high speed by providing a vessel which moves in a production line with a receiver which photographs it and an electron converter which can reconstitute an image at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: The vessel B in a bottle shape is driven by translation at minimum intervals with two continuous sections 1a and 1b of a horizontal belt conveyor 1 and two opposite flank belts 3. The light beam from a light emitter 2 is observed along each longitudinal axis of the vessel B and an image of its bottom is formed on the eye 5 of a camera 4. Data from the camera 4 are inputted to the electron converter after A/D conversion. The electron converter substitutes the electron signal at a high speed of 36,000 pieces/hour and faster by a CPU, a location unit, etc., to reconstitute each momentary image from the camera 4 and send it to an image analyzer. Thus, the container in the production line, etc., can be inspected at a very high speed with high precision. |
