The formula of this alloy is FeaSibBcNddXe (Fe-iron, Si- silicon, B-boron, Nd-neodymium, and X which selects at least one of Nb, Mo, V, W, Zr), and the composition is composed of more than 70 atm.% of a, 8-16 atm.% of b, 6-12 atm.% of c, 0.1-2.0 atm.% of d, 2-6 atm.% of e and a+b+c+d+e = 100. And the structure of this alloy is crystalline. The above alloy is dissolved under vacuum atmosphere and quenched to have amorphous structure. And then it is heat treated under vacuum at the temperature of 450-700 deg.C for 0.5-4 hours to obtain soft magnetic iron based alloy with high magnetic properties.
