PURPOSE:To enable raising of temp. up to brazing set temp. in a short time at the time, when carrier frame arrives to the inside of a chamber by controlling the temp. to be standard temp. and low holding temp. while detecting condition of the carrier frame in the vacuum brazing chamber or a preheating chamber. CONSTITUTION:At the time of developing abnormality that the carrier frame does not arrive in the vacuum brazing chamber, atmospheric temp. in the vacuum brazing chamber is controlled to the standard temp. S. Further, in the case the carrier frame does not arrive in there after the lapse of the waiting time (P+EI), the above temp. is controlled to the low holding temp. L. Therefore, in the case the carrier frame arrives in there while controlling to the standard temp. S, the time required for raising temp. from the standard temp. S to the brazing setting temp. R can be decreased and operational rate is improved. On the other hand, in the case the carrier frame does not arrive to there during waiting time, the temp. is dropped and controlled to the low holding temp. and at the time of detecting arrival of the carrier frame to a preheating chamber, this temp. is raised to the standard temp. |
