PURPOSE:To provide a lithium secondary battery having excellent deep charge/ discharge cycles. CONSTITUTION:A cathode active mass which is a LiCoO2 partly substituted with at least one of Y, La, and Nd is used for a lithium secondary battery and since the cathode active mass which has excellent reversibility even after deep charge/discharge cycles are repeated and scarcely changes the crystal structure, the battery has excellent deep charge/discharge cycles. |
