摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide a fully solid electrochemical element of small internal discharge by reducing the electron conductivity of a solid electrolyte used in an electrochemical element of a battery or condenser which use solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:An oxyacid salt type copper ion conductive solid electrolyte or a raw material from which the electrolyte is made is melted in an infrared image furnance 2 and the molten electrolyte is dropped onto a rotating roller 3 in oxygen atmosphere and quenched and the solid electrolyte thus synthesized in such a way that a transition metal composing oxyacid becomes univalent is used as electrolyte to form a fully solid electrochemical element. Since the transition metal composing the oxyacid is univalent, electronic conduction due to hopping conduction is decreased and ion conduction becomes dominant and internal discharge due to electronic conduction is restrained, whereby the total solid electrochemical element having excellent preservation performance is provided. |
