PURPOSE:To obtain a new method of producing processed meat by mutually bonding raw meat pieces and integrating into processed meat without using a chemical substance such as alkaline earth metal. CONSTITUTION:Raw meat pieces are stuck through a thermally coagulable protein and then mutually bonded under high pressure.
