PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain light permeability as a panel and output high power of electric energy converted from incident light by constituting the operation part of solar compound with a crystal semiconductor material in a sectional plane range of a light permeability panel and with an amorphous semiconductor material in a different section plane range. CONSTITUTION:The functioning part of solar compound 12 adhered to the inner surface of an outer layer 11 is constituted by an amorphous and opaque semiconductor material in one sectional plane range 13 and a thin film in a different sectional plane range 14 and constituted by a further transparent amorphous semiconductor material with clear or fine pores bored. The sectional plane range 13 which includes a crystal semiconductor material forms an outer edge range of a light permeability panel 10 and it is applicable to generate energy with a relatively high efficiency by means of a solar cell 17 which uses a crystal semiconductor material. On the other hand, the plane which does not include the crystal semiconductor material out of a permeability outer layer 11 is allocated to a solar cell 19 which constitutes an actuation part from the amorphous semiconductor material. |
