PURPOSE:To obtain a signal of high S/N ratio by connecting a differential amplifier to an output stage of a source follower circuit through a lowpass filter for each FET. CONSTITUTION:This output signal processing circuit of a semiconductor biosensor drives a semiconductor biosensor constituted of a reference field-effect, transistor and an enzyme membrane field-effect transistor by independent source follower circuits, so that the potential difference between sources of the field- effect transistors is input to a differential amplifier. A lowpass filter (LPF) 12 is inserted between the source follower circuit, 1 and the differential amplifier 3 in the processing circuit. |
