PURPOSE:To reduce the start time at warm start, to reduce the hardware and to prevent mis-convergence with respect to a transmission signal in following to a state fluctuation of a line after establishment of synchronization. CONSTITUTION:A station side transmitter consists of an A/D converter 1, an equalizer 2, an identification device 3, an identification phase detector 4, counters 6-1-3, a coincidence circuit 7, an up/down counter 8-1, a loop filter 9, a phase difference detector 11, a transmission circuit 17, an echo canceller 16, a 2/4-wire converter 19, a line 20, an integration device 12 integrating an output of the identification phase detector 4 and giving a steady-state phase error to the loop filter 9, an oscillator VCO 10 whose frequency is varied with the control of an output of the loop filter 9, a frame phase detector 21 and a reception frame detector 22. |
