<p>PURPOSE:To obtain regenerated pulp having excellent strength, whiteness, etc., by deinking old papers using a mixture prepared by adding an alkali to a drug preparation consisting of an alcohol, carbon disulfide, a surfactant, etc. CONSTITUTION:Old papers are deinked at normal temperature or low temperature by using a mixture prepared by blending (A) an alcohol such as anhydrous alcohol, methanol or ethanol with (B) a chemical comprising carbon disulfide or a chlorinated carbon agent by chlorine distillation conversion method of carbon disulfide and glycerol or ethylene glycol and a surfactant and (C) an alkali agent such as caustic soda.</p> |
