PURPOSE: To make a shell pivotable against a base member and integrally assemble the shell and base member at end sections of a watch band by connecting the end sections of the watch band to spring bars provided on a watch case. CONSTITUTION: When the end sections 30a of a watch band are to be connected to a watch case, a spring pin 30 is inserted into a barrel section 46. Both end sections 30a excited by a spring are recessed in the axial direction, and this end section connecting device is inserted into a gap 28 between lugs 26. The end sections of the watch band are mechanically connected to the watch case. When they are thus connected, tabs 64 are located and coupled below the bottom faces 66 of the lugs 26, and the front end section 52 of a cover section 50 is kept in contact with the side face 54 of the watch case. |
