PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin structure having light-weight, high-strength and complicated rib structure. CONSTITUTION:At the time of obtaining of a high-strength structure by stamping molding, a thermoplastic resin molding material reinforced by fibers which are superior in fluidity and having a length of not exceeding 25mum and a thermoplastic resin sheet reinforced by continuous fibers are combined together, loaded within a mold so that the molding material becomes a rib side and molded integrally, through which a light-weight and high-strength structure where a material is filled completely into even complicated rib structure can be obtained. |
