The invention relates to a multifunction measurement acquisition device characterised in that it comprises a plurality of sensors (in particular 21 to 26) relating to several different physical parameters, each comprising identification means designed to supply first identification data, representative of the nature of the physical parameter in question, and transducer means designed to supply second data, representative of the value of the said physical parameter and supplied in the form of an electric quantity; and a processing unit (20) designed to interact with any one of the said sensors (21 to 26), comprising interpretation means designed to interpret the said first identification data, and processing means designed to convert the said electric quantity into a unique reference electric quantity as a function of the said first identification data. <IMAGE>
