PURPOSE:To evade the entire down of a system by sending periodically the latest constitution information to a maintenance device from a diagnosing device in the idle processing time of the diagnosing device. CONSTITUTION:A communication control means 12 monitors the waiting time of a diagnosing device 1 and sends periodically the latest constitution information stored in a constitution information storage means 11 to a maintenance device 2. Then the means 12 updates the constitution information on a maintenance constitution information storage means 21. When the device 2 receives a report of the down of the device 1, a fault monitoring means 22 resets the device 1. As the device 1 receives the latest constitution information obtained before the device 1 has the down, the system operation can be carried on in a state set right before the down of the device 1. As a result, the entire down of a system is evaded. |
