And an inhale and discharge tube (4) is connected to the lower section of the tube (1) with an inhale check valve (5) at upper side and a discharge check valve (6) at lower side of the tube (4), and the liquid tank (7) is connected to the tube (4). The inlet (10)(10") of the tube (1) is provided to respectively inject a proper amount of liquid (11) or gas (12). Expansion and contraction of gas (12) by heating and cooling result in a difference between the liquid head in the tube arms (1) to produce potential energy for the liquid to flow through the tube (4) and rotate an impellor in the tube (4) for generating power.
