PURPOSE:To manufacture under the normal pressure without using a mold or an high pressure injection device by making a plastigel directly to a glass peripheral section while being discharged into the optional shape, and then heat melting the same. CONSTITUTION:Plastigel 2 is a dispersing material composed of polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer such as phthalic ester or aliphatic ester, an agent composed of blend of a stabilizer, a pigment, an ultraviolet absorbent, a filler and the like as essential components, and for the purpose of providing higher viscosity, a fine particle inorganic material such as silicic anhydride calcium carbonate or the like, an organic and inorganic composite thixotropic agent and the like are added therein. The plastigel 2 is pressurized and discharged out of a gun discharge head 3 by means of a hose 4 and adhered in the given shape while being manufactured on the peripheral edge of a glass 1. Then the gel is heated and fusion bonded in a hot air oven at 190 deg.C to manufacture a window glass with gasket. |
