PURPOSE: To provide a heat detector provided with both of high responsiveness and reliability. CONSTITUTION: Each channel 8 has plural channels 8 provided with collimators 2 collimating the radiation energy which is made incident on an optical filter 4. Each optical filter has the passing band characteristic for radiation energy and one of them includes all the passing bands of all other filters 4. The radiation energy passing the filter 4 is made incident on a heat detector 6. This heat detector 6 operates as a radiation energy absorption cavity and is formed on the heat insulated thin film supported by a semiconductor substrate. The output signal of the heat detector 6 is multiplexed, is amplified by an amplifier provided with a voltage offset compensation function, is digitally processed, thus to show that fire is detected. |
