PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of mounting a plurality of bare chips on a board efficiently and precisely, by providing an electronic part supplying device, a positional shift correcting device, an X,Y-direction moving device, a carrying-in conveyor, a carrying-out conveyor, a moving and mounting sub- head, a moving and mounting head, an adhesive applying means; all being specific except the first two devices. CONSTITUTION:An electronic part supplying device 9, a positional shift correcting device for electronic parts 11, and an X, Y-direction moving device 7 for positioning printed boards 5 are arranged side by side, and a carrying-in conveyer 6 and a carrying-out conveyor 17 for carrying-in or carrying-out the printed boards 5 to or from the moving device 7 are provided in a direction perpendicular to the above-mentioned transversely arranged direction. In addition, a moving and mounting sub-head 40a for sucking electronic parts 11 prepared in the supplying device 9 with a nozzle 73 and for moving them to the correcting device 13, a moving and mounting head 40b for sucking the electronic parts 11 whose positions are corrected through the correcting device 13 and for moving and mounting them on the printed boards 5 positioned by the moving device 7, and an adhesive applying means 40c are provided. |
