PURPOSE:To prevent the uneven packing of aggregates from being caused among respective aggregates by placing a filter provided with several holes having a size, which do not allow aggregates packed in advance to pass therethrough but allow aggregates that are to be packed subsequently to pass therethrough, on the aggregates packed in advance, and then packing the subsequent aggregates from above the filter as they are vibrated, while the filter is being pressurized from its upper side. CONSTITUTION:A form 2 for packing aggregates thereinto is set on a vibrating table 1 to be fixed thereto. The aggregates to be packed into the form, such as gravel, sand, alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide and silicon nitride, are classified into the groups of several kinds, such as coarse aggregates 3, medium aggregates 4 and fine aggregates, according to their grain sizes, and the coarse aggregates 3 only are first packed into the form 2 while being vibrated. Then, a filter provided with several holes 6 which do not allow the coarse aggregates 3 to pass therethrough but allow the medium aggregates 4 to pass therethrough, is placed on the coarse aggregates 3 packed and, while said filter is being pressurized from its upper side with a bolt 7, the medium aggregates are packed under vibration. Furthermore, when the fine aggregates are packed, a filter is used, which filter is provided with several holes which do not allow the coarse aggregates 3 and the medium aggregates 4 to pass therethrough but allow the fine aggregates only to pass therethrough. |
