ORGANIC WASTE TREATING METHOD USING EARTHWORM

摘要

Organic wastes from daily life, livestock industry or other industries are treated by feeding the organic wastes containing 30-90 wt.% water to earthworm at 10-35 deg.C. The excretion of earthworm after digesting organic wastes, which is composed of fine particles, can increase air permeability of soil and absorptivity of water, and also it can be used as soil conditioner or organic fertilizer since it has a lot of fertilizer components, microorganisms and enzymes.
