PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of the captioned battery and the man-hour thereof, by disposing the positive plate on one surface of a frame divided with crosspieces into plural sections and the negative plate on the other surface thereof, through a separator disposed therebetween, forming the plural number of 2V batteries which are thus divided, then connecting them to each other and laminating them. CONSTITUTION:In a space 22 of a frame 21 which is divided with a frame crosspieces 21' into 6 sections, positive plates 25-35 are disposed from one side and negative plates 26-36 are disposed from the other side; then separators 24 are respectively interposed between said positive and negative plates, thus 6 pairs of 2V batteries can be formed. Also, lattices 37, 39 of each plate are formed in a bent shape at a part held by the frame crosspieces 21' and used as connecting members between said 2V batteries adjacent to each other while, plural pairs of these frames 21 are laminated and then electrolytic solution is poured into the space 38, thus a laminated lead storage battery is formed. Consequently, the number of frames used to complete the batteries can be greatly decreased and both reduction of man-hour and enhancement of reliability can be achieved due to easiness of connection work. |
