PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal transfer recording medium having little possibility that it may be affected by the surface of transfer paper, capable of high-quality transfer, and realizing a high shelf stability of an ink sheet. CONSTITUTION:As a backcoating material of a thermal transfer recording medium, a reaction product of a multifunctional isocyanate with an amino- modified silicone oil is used. As hot melt ink, a polyether resin having a bisphenol skeleton and having a hydroxyl group at the end of a molecule is used. |
