METHOD FOR HEATING FOODSTUFF PACKAGING MEMBER BY MICROWAVE

PURPOSE:To carry out the heat cooking of foodstuffs by irradiating microwaves while using a conventional heat-resistant containing bag member having a flat shape. CONSTITUTION:A self-supporting means 21 made of the constituent material of a packaging case 1 is provided for this packaging case 1 containing a heat- resistant containing bag member 3. The self-supporting means 21 is separated from the packaging case 1, and the packaging case 1 is attached to the self-supporting means 21. The heat-resistant containing bag member 3 is put into the standing packaging case 1 to be self-supported, and foodstuffs in the bag member 3 are heated by irradiation of microwaves.
