PURPOSE:To provide a syntactic foam bore composite molded material of good mechanical physical properties, the method of manufacturing the same with good workability and a backing material of a panel utilizing said method. CONSTITUTION:Foaming particles, if necessary together with resin, are stored in a separating film bag composed of a sheet material not permeating said foaming particles but permeating fluidized resin and guided into a plurality of sections by fusion welding or the like and fed into a molding zone of a mold or the like together with the resin showing the fluidity at the time of molding and heated to foam said particles, and also the resin is cured to manufacture a light molded material with resin sections juxtaposed in places of a syntactic foam core section. Specified material out of said intermediate material are useful as a backing material of a panel. |
