PURPOSE:To cool received matters in a cargo receiving chamber for a refrigerating and freezing vehicle efficiently. CONSTITUTION:The cargo receiving chamber of a refrigerating and freezing vehicle is cooled by a method wherein cold air, generated by a cooler 10, is sent out of a cold air outlet port 6 into a space near a ceiling to cool food stuffs and the like in a cargo receiving chamber 2 sequentially, then, the air is sucked from an air suction port 7 provided at the lower part of the chamber to ascend it from the upper end of a ventilating gap (t) through a space S and suck it again into the suction port 24 of the cooler 10 to cool it again, then, is sent into a space near a ceiling for the cargo receiving chamber 2 and circulation of sucking indoor air from a space near a floor surface is repeated to cool the received matters in the cargo receiving chamber 2. |
