<p>This individual support (15) is of the kind comprising, on the one hand, an external annular structure (16) which, for being mounted pivoting on some other support, is externally equipped with spindles (17, 18) and, on the other hand, servo means which are suitable for making it possible to add the substrate (10) to be treated onto this external annular structure (16). According to the invention these servo means comprise, on the one hand, an inner ring (20) which, overall concentric with the external annular structure (16) inside the latter, is capable of receiving internally the substrate (10) to be treated and, on the other hand, at least two elastically deformable tabs (21) which, being established between this inner ring (20) and the external annular structure (16), are suitable for maintaining it in the latter.
