PURPOSE:To perform printout by automatically making correspondence between a document and a picture in the word processor. CONSTITUTION:A picture designated by picture designation information from a picture file part 102 is selectively taken out by storing document information while adding a page where the picture to be inserted and picture designation information designating the picture to be used there, and this is synthesized into the document pattern of the page designated by the picture designation information to generate pattern information for printing, and the document and picture normally according to the pattern information for printing are printed out based on the control information from an operation part 111. The only picture is printed out at the time of a hard copy command. |
