PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the damage of components when housed and house a large number of components in continuous mode by dropping sticks laminated horizontally against the vertical direction from the lowest section one by one consecutively, positioning and fixing said components and housing the components one by one forcibly. CONSTITUTION:A large number of sticks 11 are laminated and laid out in a stick housing section horizontally against the vertical direction and dropping one by one from the lowest section. Then, a shooter 10 of a stick supply section B and a stick pusher 41 receive the both ends of the stick 11 and positions and fixed the sticks 11. A specified number of components mounted on the shooter 40 are housed into the stick 11 one by one by a cylinder of a component housing section C. In succession with this, the sticks 11, the shooter 40, and the stick pusher are disengaged so that they may be dropped and housed in a stick housing magazine 58 of a stick discharge section D. Furthermore, the sticks 11 are arranged to drop consecutively by an elevator 59 of the discharge section D and discharged. |
