<p>A device for producing thrust from an accelerated fluid flow comprises fluid acceleration means with drive blades (5) rotating in a stator (10) about an axis of rotation, a stationary shroud (7) centered on the axis and comprising a plurality of profiled vanes (8) for straightening the fluid flow from the acceleration means in order to form a hollow jet (9), and means (17) for pressurizing the inner space of this hollow jet (9). The improvement consisits in housing the drive components (12) of the acceleration means (1) inside the inner volume of the hollow jet (9).</p> |
