The motor cycle handle bar has a sprung and damped housing (9), coupling two vibratory handle bar arms. The housing has two separate chambers (21,22,), in which spring and damping components (13-16) are mounted. The two spring and damping elements in each chamber are separated by two pistons (6a,7a) which are connected by piston rods (6,7) to the handle arms. The latter are winged to the frame and to the piston rods. USE/ADVANTAGE - For motorcross motorcycles, with simple design for bidirectional damping over great range.
