发明名称 HEATING CORE IN CONTINUOUS PRODUCING DEVICE FOR PRESSURE RESISTANT TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten vulcanization time by heating simultaneously from inside and outside of a rubber hose in vulcanizing and forming by a method in which at least a part of a core is made into double cylinders, and a heating part is formed in the gap between said double cylinders, and then the heat medium- flowing path which communicates with the heating part from a hot medium inlet and a hot medium outlet, is provided. CONSTITUTION:The core 1 on which a green rubber tape is wound, is arranged in the heating tube for vulcanization. Then, the core 1 itself is made into double cylinders 10, 11, and heating part 12 is formed in the gap between said cylinders 10, 11. Further, the hot medium-flowing path 15 which communicates with said heating part 12 from a hot medium-inlet 13 and a hot medium-outlet 14, is provided. The hot medium is fed to the heating part 12 through the hot medium- flowing path 15 from said inlet 13, and the core 1 is heated through said hot medium. Consequently the green rubber tape wound on the core 1 is heated simultaneously from inside and outside, and vulcanizing and forming are achieved in short time, whereby a pressure resistant rubber hose is continuously produced.
