PURPOSE:To prevent picture elements from superposed drawing and to attain high speed drawing by executing drawing by a rectangular drawing processing part in case the moving direction of picture elements is the vertical or horizontal direction and executing drawing by a hook drawing processing part in case of an oblique direction. CONSTITUTION:In case a moving direction setting part 6 sets up an oblique direction as the moving direction of a drawing point, the hook drawing processing part 8 draws a new picture point every movement of one picture point. In case a drawing point P(DELTA) is moved to (1, 1) for instance, a hook (reversed L-shape) graphic constituted of the right and upper sides of picture elements is set up and the picture points constituted of the picture points of the two sides and shown by dotted circles are formed and written in a frame memory 4. Thus, the hook graphic is formed in every moving picture point position at the movement of the picture elements in the oblique direction and an oblique line graphic shown in a chain line is drawn. |
