The solenoid valve comprises a carcass (1) on which is wound a coil (2), a fixed magnetic circuit (3), a fixed core plunger (4) secured to the magnetic circuit, a moving core plunger (11) which is attracted by the fixed core plunger and associated with a return spring (12), and a shutoff flap (13) mounted so that it can move in a valve body (6) and interacting with the seat (15). The shutter (13), located facing the moving core plunger (11) has no direct connection with the latter and is supported by a spring (14) which can be fixed to the valve body (6). When the coil (2) does not have a voltage applied to it, the moving core plunger (11) presses the shutter (13) against the seat (15) in order to keep the solenoid valve closed. When the coil (2) has a voltage applied to it, the shutter (13) is released by the moving core plunger (11) and moves away from the seat (15) under the effect of the spring (14), thereby occupying a position which varies depending on the pressure difference between the two faces of this shutter (13), which then acts as a regulator.
