PURPOSE:To be immediately understood for the efficiency of a part supply unit by an operator at a glance and to improve the efficiency of a replacing work by comparing part arraying data of previous product with that of next production in a part mounting device, and informing its result. CONSTITUTION:m pieces of part arraying data necessary to mount parts in which n pieces of part supply units 1 (part cassette) are fixed to a part supply unit 2, are disposed in a controller 3 of a part mounting device, and the controller 3 can compare two part arraying data. n pieces of LEDs 4 corresponding to n pieces of the cassettes are mounted at the unit 2. Pieces of part information of the units 1 of previous product are compared with those of next production by the controller 3 at the time of replacing steps, the result is outputted the mounting device to accurately select the unit 1 to be replaced. Thus, the supply unit can be efficiently replaced. |
