PURPOSE:To realize efficient document preparing operation by starting document proofreading automatically at the end of editing operation after a document is edited and updated. CONSTITUTION:When an editing end key END on a keyboard KB is pressed at the end of the document editing operation, the proofreading process for the document is performed automatically to point out error places and problem points. The edited document is stored on a DISK. The document is called when necessary with an indication from the keyboard KB. The timing of the start of the document proofreading process is selected with MOD. Whether the document proofreading process is performed automatically at the end of the document editing operation is set in AUT and selected. Thus, the document proofreading process is started automatically at the end of the editing operation after the document is edited and updated, so errors are never left as they are and the efficient document preparing operation becomes possible. |
