Measuring arrangement for directions in general and for the flow direction of a flowing medium in particular, comprising a housing 2 bearing a rotating measuring member 3 and a rotatable direction-sensing measuring member 4, the rotating measuring member 3 being connected to at least one co-rotating actuator element 7 which, on rotation, causes at least one first signal (pulse) to a first electric measuring circuit 8.1 to be emitted by at least one first indicator element 8 which is connected firmly to the housing 2. The direction-sensing measuring member 4 bears at least one second indicator element 12 which, on rotation of the actuator element 7, emits at least one second signal (pulse) to a second electric measuring circuit 12.1. The measuring circuits 8.1, 12.1 are connected to a computer 15, in which the direction sought is calculated by calculating the number of pulses emitted from the pulse generator during the time which elapses between the first and the second signal being emitted from the respective measuring circuit. <IMAGE> |
