PURPOSE:To reduce scratches in a side surface by sending a piston ring which is made to drop by a protruding device to the next process with a feed arrow member without excessive slipping friction on the upper and lower surfaces of the piston ring. CONSTITUTION:If an air cylinder 20 is operated at a high speed, a protruding plate 18 is protruded to the left side, and the arrow blade part of the protruding plate 18 pushes an abutment part of a piston ring R out at a high speed. Then, the ring R falls down obliquely, and is placed on a base 1. At this time, the abutment 80 of the ring R is positioned facing an abutment inserting piece 8 of a feed circle 2. Next, at the same time when the ring R positioned at the bottom is made to fall onto the base 1, an air cylinder 7 is expanded, which moves a feed arrow 2 to the left side to send the falling ring R downward of a stamp device 5, and at the time with reaching a prescribed position, the cylinder 7 is contracted to return the feed arrow 2 to its original position. Besides, the protruding air cylinder 20 is operated at the same time as the feed arrow returning, and the ring R positioned at the bottom next is pushed out. |
