PURPOSE:To generate a naturally altering waveform through a simple formation by generating a waveform representing a pseudo-sine wave from a code flag stored in a flag memory means and the output of the second accumulating means. CONSTITUTION:LFO (low frequency dial signal) generating circuit 14 generates LFO waveform LW according to LFO generating data LD sent from an interface 10, and sends it to a waveform generating circuit 13. In this case, the circuit 13 changes frequency information FI sent from a frequency information generating circuit 12 using LW sent from the circuit 14, and generates musical sound altering in frequency according to the changed FI, and adds an envelope E given by an envelope generating circuit 11 to the above waveform to form a musical sound waveform W for sending it to D/A converter 7. Thus the smoothly changing waveform can be generated by a comparatively simple formation. |
